Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Clavora Ltd you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

2. Services

We provide AI automation services as described on this website. Specific scope is agreed in writing per engagement (Statement of Work or order confirmation).

3. Payment

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual plans are billed upfront and offer a discount. Setup fees are billed 50% on signing, 50% on go-live.

4. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans. Custom-build setup fees are non-refundable once development has started, but unused retainer days are refunded pro rata.

5. IP & Ownership

You own everything Clavora builds specifically for you (prompts, custom code, workflows). We retain rights to our generic frameworks & tools. Knowledge gained from your business stays confidential.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your data and business information as confidential. We do not train shared models on your data. NDA available on request.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Monthly plans: 30 days notice either side. Annual: ends on annual term unless renewed. We will export and hand over all your assets within 14 days of termination.
